Meet Dr. Omayma Bouziane, ND

I’m Dr. Omayma Bouziane, ND, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario, and I’m passionate about helping individuals restore balance, vitality, and wellness through an integrative body–mind–spirit approach to healthcare.

I believe that true healing happens when we address the physical, mental, emotional, and lifestyle factors that influence health. My approach is rooted in collaboration, education, and sustainable change, creating personalized treatment plans that honour your unique story, goals, culture, and preferences.

I graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2025 and am registered and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.

Beyond my naturopathic medical training, I am a certified Bowen Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, a holistic massage therapist, and have completed additional training in facial rejuvenation acupuncture, cupping therapy, and sound healing. These complementary therapies allow me to support patients through an integrative approach that honours the connection between the body, mind, spirit, and overall well-being.

As a multilingual practitioner, I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and recognize the importance of cultural values, traditions, and lived experiences in shaping each person’s health journey.

My Journey Into Healing

My path has been shaped not only by my education and clinical training, but also by my own personal lived experience, curiosity, growth, and self-discovery.

Like many people, my understanding of healing has evolved through my own experiences of navigating health challenges. Living with endometriosis and experiencing the impact that chronic pain, stress, and anxiety can have on the body and daily life, has deepened my compassion for those seeking answers and support. These experiences have taught me the importance of being truly heard, looking beyond symptoms, and recognizing the many layers that influence health and well-being.

My own health journey sparked a deeper curiosity about the connection between the body, mind, emotions, and lifestyle. It guided me toward naturopathic medicine, where I found an approach that aligned with my belief that healing requires understanding the whole person — not just managing a diagnosis.

Along this path, I also experienced a profound shift in my relationship with healing and spirituality. My spiritual awakening led me to Reiki, where I discovered a deeper appreciation for the power of presence, intention, compassion, and connection. This experience inspired me to explore healing beyond the physical body and strengthened my desire to live a life guided by purpose, service, and supporting others on their own journeys.

These experiences have shaped the practitioner I am today. They remind me that healing is not about perfection or simply “fixing” what is wrong — it is about reconnecting with ourselves, cultivating awareness, and creating the conditions for growth and transformation.

My role is to walk alongside you as a guide and facilitator, offering knowledge, support, and compassionate care while honouring your unique journey. It is an honour to support others as they reconnect with their own innate wisdom, vitality, and capacity for healing.

Treatment Philosophy

“Health is more than the absence of disease, it is a state of balance between the body, mind, and spirit. My role is to create a safe and supportive space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take an active role in their healing journey.”

What Makes My Approach Unique?

I believe naturopathic medicine is both a science and an art. My approach combines evidence-informed knowledge with traditional healing practices, hands-on therapies, and holistic approaches to support the whole person—not just a symptom or diagnosis.

Every individual has a unique story, and I take the time to truly listen, understand the factors influencing your health, and create a personalized approach that aligns with your goals, values, and needs. I believe healing is a collaborative process that unfolds when we address the interconnected relationship between the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

I am deeply passionate about the therapeutic power of touch and mindful approaches that support healing beyond the physical level. Through therapies such as acupuncture, manual therapies, Reiki, and Bowen Therapy, we can encourage nervous system regulation, promote relaxation, and create the conditions for the body to restore balance and reconnect with its natural healing capacity.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that the body has an innate wisdom and ability to heal. My role is not to “fix” you, but to serve as a guide and facilitator: providing compassionate support, education, and personalized tools to help you better understand your body, reconnect with your health, restore balance, and cultivate greater vitality and well-being.

Healing is a journey, and I am honored to walk alongside you as you cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and your health.

Who I am outside of work

Outside of my work, I’m someone who finds joy in the simple things. My dog Freya is my constant companion and, honestly, my little sidekick in life. 🐾 I love being outdoors, travelling and discovering new places, getting creative through crafting and painting, listening to music and going to concerts, discovering new food spots, dancing and singing whenever the mood strikes. My friends and family are my tribe, and I truly wouldn’t be the person I am today without their love, support, and presence in my life. I’m endlessly curious, a little adventurous, and always looking for ways to stay connected to nature, creativity, culture, and the magic of everyday life.
