Level 1

Reiki Level 1 — Foundation of Healing

Awaken your innate healing capacity.

An introductory course in the Usui Reiki tradition. Students learn the history and principles of Reiki, how to self-treat, and how to offer treatments to others. Includes attunement, hand positions, and energy awareness. Perfect for beginners with no prior experience.

Reiki Level 2 — Expanding Your Practice

Expand beyond the physical.

Deepens the student’s connection to Reiki energy through three sacred symbols — the Power symbol, the Mental/Emotional symbol, and the Distance healing symbol. Participants learn to send healing across time and space and begin working with clients more formally.

Master

Reiki Master — The Path of Mastery

Step into your full power as a healer and teacher.

The highest level of Reiki certification. Students receive the Master symbol and attunement, learn to attune others, and are prepared to teach. This training is for dedicated practitioners ready to step into their full healing potential.

Women’s Circle

The Wisdom of Her — Women’s Circle

A circle of women. A space to come home to yourself.

A sacred gathering space for women to reconnect with their intuition, their bodies, and each other. Rooted in ancient feminine wisdom and supported by naturopathic and energy medicine principles. Each circle weaves together ritual, reflection, sharing, dancing, sound and healing. Open to all women, regardless of experience.
